If something isn't working, tell us your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you tried, and what you expected to happen. Please remove tenant names, addresses, and private messages from screenshots.
Missing records? Please contact us before deleting or reinstalling the app. This version has no account-based recovery or full in-app backup and restore.
A few useful answers
Do I need an account?
No RentalMemo account is required. You can keep your property and repair records on your iPhone.
Can I use RentalMemo without AI?
Yes. You can enter repairs manually. Optional AI assistance needs an internet connection and your permission to send the text and images you submit to external services. Review its suggestions before saving.
Where are my records kept?
Saved property, lease and repair records are stored on your device. This version does not provide app-managed cloud sync. Device backups depend on your Apple settings. See the privacy policy for optional AI processing.
Are PDF and CSV exports a backup?
They let you read or share maintenance records outside RentalMemo, but cannot restore the full app database. Keep separate copies of important records and contact us before changing devices.
How do I turn off AI sharing?
In Settings, select Turn Off AI Sharing. This stops future AI submissions; it does not recall information already sent. Manual repair entry remains available.
Does RentalMemo collect rent or message tenants?
No. RentalMemo is a landlord's personal record book. It does not provide rent collection, tenant accounts, or automated contractor messaging.
